The CageMatch on December 2 will be between our current champion Mother and the winner of the 4th Annual 3x3 Tournament. The winner of that show will face the winner of James Eason’s Improv Honk Show (which plays this Saturday at Midnight at the theatre) in CageMatch on December 9.

These CageMatches will be the last two shows for the foreseeable future where the challenger is booked by us. Starting December 16, the challenger will be booked by LOTTERY! At the end of the December 9 show, we will hold a lottery drawing live on stage for the next week’s challenger. This process will continue every week. The challenger for each Cage will be determined by a live drawing the week before.

At the top of each CageMatch (beginning December 9) teams may register to be a part of the lottery drawing.

In order to register, teams must bring in a sheet of paper with the following information typed (not hand written!):

* TEAM NAME

* NAMES OF ALL TEAM MEMBERS

In order for a lottery team to eligible to register, all team members must have completed a UCBT Level 3b class. That is the only qualification. It doesn’t matter if you just finished your first 3b class or if you’re on a Harold Team, everyone who has completed 3b is eligible. If it is determined that a winning team has one or more members who do not meet this qualification, they will be disqualified and booed.

Harold teams and other performance groups are allowed to register as a team if they choose, or team members can register with different teams. There are no restrictions on number of players per team. However, you can only register with one team each week.

After CageMatch ends, we will have a live drawing onstage and pick one of the registered teams. All team members must be present to win. If we pick your team and one of your team members if not preset, we will throw your entry out and pick another team.
